Hi, I have been looking for a favorite fic of mine for the last few months, and am now crawling to you experts on my hands and knees, begging for help!
It was a slash fic (I think) I remember very little except for the fact that it was a great fic and then a few scenes: In one scene the main character, a man, was driving towards SH. Several monsters were running next to the car.
Valtiel appears and stops the monsters from eating/killing the main character after the car crashes (I think) and Valtiel gives him a jacket with red symbols later, while they are inside a deserted restaurant within Silent Hill.
There is also a chapter where the main was in a prison cell and Valtiel was standing outside it.
Pyramid Head was in the fic too.
Does this ring a bell for anyone?

Notes: No spoilers for Downpour as of yet. And this story still exists in the realm of "wtf-ery". I won't bore you guys, but I'm going to have a lot of free time until August, so you'll probably see more of this. Maybe, hopefully, most likely... Also I'm just going to add in that this chapter is more to get back into the swing of things. uwu

Alright! SO!
It's been several long, looong years since I last posted on this community (and under a different username), but my quiet love for Silent Hill that has stood the test of time has kicked into full gear again and I was wondering if there were still any people here interested in one-on-one RP?
Though I know SH4 is like the bastard child of the series, I've always had the softest spot for this game and particularly Walter/Henry. I roleplayed this couple for some time playing as the former and, though we had a great thing going on years ago, I unfortunately lost connection with my old Henry!partner and I'm preeetty sure she's no longer in the fandom. I'm looking for someone who isn't afraid to help me build a strong plot for us to play with alongside the slash aspect and I'm big on character building, especially with someone like Henry who I know a lot of people claim to be a little 'lifeless.' I love, love, love anything to do with The Order and their rituals and am not opposed to AU as long as there are some remote ties to canon. A fic example of what I'm looking for is sometimes along the line of Impaired by Gaia Faye. Well-thought out with a realistic edge to any romantic subplots... and maybe a just little more porn. ;D I'm also a prose-style writer with a history of LJ and AIM RP and can get quite lengthy if the scene calls for it, so I hope you don't mind detail.
That being said, it's been a long time since I've played Walter or, honestly, RP'd in general, but I'd be perfectly happy to supply sample posts to anyone interested! Thanks for reading my awkward, long-winded post!

i'm so glad i found this comm, i recently got really into the SH series. I've only played 2 and 4 but I've read about/watched full playthroughs of 1 and 3. I have yet to venture further, because my favourite LPer only goes to the 4th and stops. Anyway, I wish this comm had more life. It looks like it used to be so active and now I see that it really isn't. Try'na breathe some life into it, you know? I'm hoping that the next new game release will spur more action. I might as well introduce myself. I really like WalterxHenry, I'm not supermega active as a poster on LJ but I try my best to contribute. I'm thinking of writing an AU W/H fic, but I'm not making any promises. This post is kind of awkward, I know. So-- for something for you posters to do! Can someone explain to me the James/Harry ship? I'm really interested as to why people like it. (sorry this is so disorganized, OTL)
